From your very first day as an Auditel franchisee, you will be supported by a professional team that includes head office staff as well as experts and mentors from within the Auditel network. This support covers every aspect of building an Auditel consultancy, from identifying and approaching potential clients to analysing bills and dealing with suppliers. Access to this support is unlimited and included in your monthly affiliation fees.
As well as resources to help you on specific issues as and when they arise, we have developed a comprehensive personal and professional development programme that will run you down a track to success during your first year as a franchisee. Using the bespoke Auditel Business Management Toolkit, our Support and Business Development Managers will help you develop a detailed business plan, against which you will measure your actual progress. This will be assessed during regular support calls and in face-to-face appraisals at three, six, nine and twelve months. The aim of these is to make sure you achieve the goals and ambitions you set for your new business – rest assured it will be hard work but we will do everything we can to help you rise to the challenge and build the business and future you want.
